The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is lost in transit with us.
To mange delivery for both Local & National sales we have separate policies
Local Delivery: We consider 5-7km from our TeaGrill store or warehouse to be our local delivery area. Where order will be processed and delivered within 30mins-24hours depending on order type. Free Delivery or Delivery Charges will be applicable as per order value.
National Sale (Domestic): Depending upon the location the product is delivered to you in 5-7 working days in after it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Customers can choose from multiple options like Standard Shipping or Express Shipping to suit their needs.
