What is the procedure to take the franchise?

There are NO MONTHLY EXPENSES other than marketing and promotional requirements as needed at the investor’s discretion.

How will Franchise Fee utilized?

Franchise fee will be used to buy all equipments such as refrigerator, deep freezer, induction stove, high pressure gas stove, fruit mixer, tea utensils, tea leaf, branded glasses, name boards, display menu, lollipop board, decoration items, photo frames, billing counter etc and an initial stock. Company will also be responsible for any interior work, painting, and furniture.

What are the extra expenses that can come apart from the Franchise Cost?

The shop should have tile flooring, which will be extra. Real estate charges like security amount has to be borne by the franchise

What is the profit margin for the franchise?

The franchise gets 18% of the GROSS SALES or Revenue Share 10% (whichever is higher)

What is the term period of the agreement of Franchise?

The term period of the franchise is of 5 years. The franchise can be renewed for the next 5 years after paying 10% of the franchise fee at the time of renewal.

How will Franchise know the sales of his/her TEAGRILL?

Since this is an online restaurant, the sales are via online portals. We will give user Id & Password of the platform to the franchise to keep a check and company will also provide daily updates.

Is there any experience required of food business or any business?

No

Can I and my friend start 1 single franchise together?

Yes

Can I operate the franchise from different states or different country?

Yes, in this model there is no investor-side involvement in the operations. So you can monitor it from different states or from the different countries also.

How do I sign the agreement if I am not from West Bengal or Sikkim?

The agreement can be signed online. We will send the agreement online and you can scan & print the agreement & sign it.

What about Training & Support?

We will provide On-Site Training at Franchisee Location & Field Support

Who is entitling for territorial rights?

Exclusive territorial rights to be provided as CITY wise, REGION wise & STATE wise

Other requirements & benefits?

  1. Please send the google map and 360 degree video of shop location for Location approval.
  2. Raw material will be supplied by the company (TeaGrill Pvt Ltd)
  3. All other perishable raw material like eg. Veggies, fruits, sugar, bread, milk etc should be brought from local market.
  4. Raw materials supplied by company should not be sold to outsiders in or bought from outsiders.
  5. Waterinlet, floor-mounted drainage & toilet compulsory
  6. Menu price can be changed if raw material cost varies in different location subject to approval by TeaGrill Pvt Ltd
  7. TeaGrill deals in diverse food menu which is offered in master outlet but for other franchise outlet selected food varieties will be offered depending on the market need.

What if I want to exit?

The restaurant franchise cannot be returned but it can be transferred.
